-SESSION 1-
In this session you will understand the importance of your inner character.
Definition of Character: Moral or ethical quality of an individual (frame of mind, habit, morale, nature, personality, reputation, spirit and trait).

Character is your identity.

Character shows what you value.

Character reveals itself in your words, actions and choices.

Character will determine who are your friends and what type of relationships you have.

Character will expose/reveal what your attitude or behavior is towards power, money and the opposite sex.
Throughout history, numerous individuals have portrayed genuine character through their life and thorough their actions. And one of those historical leaders said this:
“I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” -Martin Luther King, Jr.
-SESSION 2-
In this session you will be introduced to the top 30 characteristics and qualities of a great leader.
Below are just the first seven leadership characteristics and qualities of a great leader:

In this session you will continue to dive further by learning additional characteristics and qualities of a great leader.
Below are seven more leadership characteristics and qualities of a great leader:

In this session you will learn why listening well; having patience; being full of passion; and having a positive attitude is so important for every leader. And we are still continuing to go further by learning those additional characteristics and qualities of a great leader.

In this session you will go on a unique path through some of the well know Hollywood movie titles and how they reflect in comparison to leadership.

In this session you will go on a humorous path where leadership is compared to certain animals and their traits.

As leaders, we need to be on a continual growth process and be willing to learn from some of the greatest patriarchs of faith. And one of these patriarchs of faith said this about character:
